What are Tate Metalworks’ capabilities?
We are experts in the fabrication and field erection of API storage tanks (API 650, API 620 and API 653) and ASME pressure vessels. We also offer custom fabrication services to meet your unique needs.

Does Tate do foundations or mechanical contractor work?
No, we specialize in tank manufacturing and vessel fabrication, we do not perform civil work or mechanical piping. However, we will provide foundation loads to share with your civil contractor.

Do you fabricate polished tanks and vessels?
Yes, we partner with vendors that can mechanically polish plates. Typical polish finish is a #4 with surface roughness of 32Ra or 180 grit.
